Who writes this
Everything on medicalmarketingfirm.com is written or reviewed by Uday Rajaram, the firm's founder. He has 22 years in digital marketing, started as a developer in New York, and has personally run Google Ads, SEO, and AI search programs for more than 100 medical and cosmetic practices. He is the author of Earned Traffic. No page is published under a generic "editorial team" byline; a named person is accountable for every claim.
Where the numbers come from
Cost-per-lead figures, conversion rates, budgets, and timelines on this site come from two sources only: our own client accounts, reported as aggregates and never by name without permission, and our published case studies. When we cite an industry figure from a third party, we name the source in the text. We do not publish estimates dressed up as data. If a page says "in our client data," that is literally what it means.
How we review
Every statistic is checked against the underlying account or case study before it is published. Every page is reviewed by Uday before it goes live and again whenever it is updated. Pages that describe our own results, such as the AI citation figures on our AEO page, are tracked with the same tools and reported the same way we report to clients.
How and when we update
Each page carries a visible "Updated" month and a machine-readable modification date. A date changes only when the content changes: a new section, a refreshed statistic, a corrected claim. We do not bump dates to look fresh. Our benchmark ranges are re-derived from case-study data monthly, and our most-read guides are reviewed on a rolling schedule.
What we will not claim
We do not guarantee marketing results, on this site or in any engagement. We do not publish before-and-after patient imagery, and we advise clients on the consent and advertising rules that govern it. We do not accept payment for placement in our guides, and no client is named in a case study without written permission.
